HexaPeptide-11 Serum — Firming Peptide Serum with Dual-Weight Hyaluronic Acid

Laboratory work on skin cells has shown activity related to elasticity and structural proteins, and small clinical assessments have reported improvements in the appearance of firmness and elasticity with regular use. There is no large independent randomized trial of the kind that exists for retinol. That's a reasonable basis for using it as a supporting active — not a reason to expect miracles. If someone tells you a peptide serum will "rebuild collagen," they're overstating what the science supports.

Most serums list "hyaluronic acid" and stop there. Molecular weight is the part that changes how it actually behaves:

• High molecular weight sits at the surface, holds water, and gives the immediate plump, cushioned feel. You notice this one on day one.
• Low molecular weight travels further into the upper layers for hydration that holds through the day rather than evaporating off.

Morning and/or night on clean, slightly damp skin. 3–4 drops, pressed in. Follow with moisturizer to seal.

Damp skin matters here — it gives the hyaluronic acid moisture to draw on. This is the step between toner and moisturizer.

Can I use this with retinol or bakuchiol? Yes. Peptides don't carry retinol's layering conflicts. Water-based serum first, oil serum second.

Can I use it with vitamin C? Yes — a common pattern is vitamin C in the morning and this one at night, or both in the same routine.

Can I use it every day? Yes, morning and night. No ramp-up period and no purge phase.

How long until I see a difference? The hydration is immediate — that's the hyaluronic acid, and you'll feel it the first time. Anything the peptide contributes builds over weeks, so give it eight to twelve weeks of consistent use before judging. We won't promise a timeline beyond that.

Will it feel greasy? No — it's a water-based serum, not an oil. It absorbs and disappears under moisturizer.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Peptides are among the gentler active categories. As with anything new, patch test first, and check the full ingredient list against anything you're sensitive to.
