Where are MirenSkin products made?

Our formulations are produced by our manufacturing partner in Latvia, who specializes in EU-standard skincare. Each unit is shipped from our US distribution center to you.

Are MirenSkin products gluten-free / nut-free?

We're working on confirming allergen status across all formulations and will update this page when we have complete information. If you have a specific allergy concern, please email us at hello@mirenskin.com before purchasing.

Will MirenSkin products work for my skin type?

Our products are formulated for all skin types unless specifically noted on the product page. We strongly recommend a patch test before first use (apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24 hours).

I have sensitive skin. Can I use MirenSkin products?

Most of our products are gentle enough for sensitive skin, but we can't predict every reaction. Always patch test. If you have a known fragrance sensitivity, please review the full INCI on each product page before purchase.

How long does shipping take, and where do you ship?

We ship from the US and currently deliver to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. We're working on expanding to additional regions — if you're outside the US, check back soon or email us at hello@mirenskin.com.

What's your return policy?

We want you to feel confident ordering. If something isn't right — damaged in transit, incorrect item, or a genuine product issue — please reach out within 14 days of delivery at hello@mirenskin.com and we'll make it right. Because our products are applied to skin, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, across the board. Every MirenSkin formula is 100% vegan — no animal-derived ingredients — and we never test on animals at any stage of development or production. We hold ourselves to that standard regardless of market.

How soon will I see results?

Skincare works gradually, and we'll always be honest about that. Most people begin to notice a difference in the look of their skin — improved texture, a more even appearance, a subtle radiance — within 4–6 weeks of consistent use. Some ingredients, like our 1% Caffeine Gel Booster, may produce a visible refreshing effect more quickly. We don't make overnight promises, but we do make formulas worth sticking with.
