We want you to love what you receive. Because our products are personal-care and skincare items, we follow strict hygiene standards on returns — please read the details below.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mirenskin.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows your order didn't arrive, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or reship at no cost to you.
Unopened items (30 days)
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at hello@mirenskin.com to start a return — we'll provide instructions and the return address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and your refund is issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item. Items sent back without an approved return request can't be processed.
Hygiene exclusion
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used products, except in the damaged, defective, or wrong-item cases described above. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Refunds
Once a return or claim is approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@mirenskin.com.
