Thank you for shopping with MirenSkin. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping times (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days for standard shipping, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of being placed. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates
We offer flat-rate shipping of $4.00 on all U.S. orders under $50. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll always try to help if you contact us quickly at hello@mirenskin.com.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit

If tracking stalls, your order doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@mirenskin.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
