At MirenSkin, we believe in complete transparency, from our ingredient lists to our fulfillment process. To ensure the highest quality and freshness, our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner to your door.

Please review our shipping and returns policies below before placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Because orders are routed immediately to our manufacturing facility for fulfillment, processing begins shortly after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.

Shipping Times & Rates

Once your order has left the facility, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with live transit information.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

Because skincare and body care products are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. This strict policy ensures we maintain the highest hygiene, safety, and quality standards for all of our customers. Unopened products in their original, pristine packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

Ingredients, Sensitivities & Buyer's Remorse

We formulate with active ingredients and botanical extracts, and we believe you deserve to know exactly what goes on your skin. Full ingredient lists (INCI) and potential allergens are prominently posted on every single product page. Because this information is fully transparent and available prior to purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
  • Dislike of a product's natural scent, texture, or consistency
  • Failure to review the ingredient list prior to purchase

We strongly encourage all customers to review the ingredient lists carefully and perform a patch test before incorporating a new product into their routine.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our formulations. If your product arrives leaking, damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

To file a claim, please email hello@mirenskin.com and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the shipping box

Upon review, we will gladly arrange for a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Our fulfillment process is highly automated to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, it is routed immediately to our manufacturing partner. Therefore, we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us immediately at hello@mirenskin.com. We will do our absolute best to intercept the order and update the details, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing queue. MirenSkin is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
