At MirenSkin, we believe in complete transparency, from our ingredient lists to our fulfillment process. To ensure the highest quality and freshness, our products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner's US facility to your door.

Shipping & Delivery

Rates

Free standard US shipping on orders of $49.99 or more. Below that, standard shipping is $4.95. Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is dispatched.

Shipping Times

Once your order has left the facility, standard shipping typically takes 5 to 7 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location, weather, or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Use any MirenSkin product for up to 30 days from delivery. If your skin or hair isn't happier, email hello@mirenskin.com with your order number and we'll refund the product price to your original payment method. You don't need to send anything back, there's no restocking fee, and you don't have to explain yourself.

Email us within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking, with your order number and the product(s) you'd like refunded.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping charges are refunded only if the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Fair use: one refund per product per customer, up to three refunded orders per customer per year. We reserve the right to decline refunds where we identify abuse.

Ingredients & Sensitivities

We formulate with active ingredients and botanical extracts, and every product page publishes the full ingredient list (INCI) and plain-view allergen lines so you can check before you buy. We strongly encourage reviewing the ingredient list and patch testing before first use. If a product doesn't agree with your skin, the 30-day guarantee still applies — just email us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives leaking, damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email hello@mirenskin.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and shipping box. We'll send a replacement at no cost or refund you — your choice.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

Orders are routed to fulfillment immediately after purchase, so we are generally unable to modify or cancel orders once submitted. If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email us immediately and we'll do our best to intercept it; we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered processing. If it has already shipped, the 30-day guarantee applies once it is delivered. MirenSkin is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.
